Productivity tools help us stay focused and organized so we can stay on top of everything that goes into running a business. Here are the 8 productivity tools we use as a B2B marketing agency.

2. Google Search Console, Trends, & Analytics

3. W3 HTML Tag Dictionary
Because our team members may not know HTML code right off the top of their heads, we like to use coding tools like the one found in the W3 HTML Tag Dictionary to help us out.
By using the W3 HTML Tag Dictionary as our quick “cheat” sheet, we’re able to save time with basic code. It doesn’t have every option there is out there but it covers most of the basics and has been really helpful when we need to quickly find out how best to format something for blogging or email marketing purposes.
While not specifically designed as a productivity tool, ZoomInfo helps our new business teams be more productive by identifying or validating prospective new clients. This tool provides intelligence about certain prospects and their company by tracking funding, technologies, and relevant staffing changes at the company.
ZoomInfo eliminated the need for 2-3 other tools that we used to use to gather the same information. And, it is much more accurate!
To stay productive and on-task, we use Trello for managing our workflows and client projects throughout the year. Trello allows us to organize tasks into boards (called “lists”) by assigning due dates and adding labels for easy tracking and categorization purposes.
You can also comment on cards that have been assigned to you so it’s easy to keep track of who needs what information or if there are any questions they may have about their tasks while they’re currently being worked on by other members of your team as well as get feedback.
This free project management tool proved to be especially valuable when working with freelancers and external contractors by making sure everyone knows what upcoming projects are needed and when they are due all in one easy-to-use platform.
Trello is our favorite project management of choice because it keeps us organized, it’s free, and it ensures we don’t let anything slip through the cracks.

When you aren’t targeting the right keywords right out of the gate, it can be a headache to have to go back in later to correct every piece of content for keyword intent.

Slack enabled us to communicate with one another quickly, effectively, and seamlessly. We were able to share files, discuss topics, and collaborate on projects all through the platform which was a huge game-changer for us. Slack is a great way to collaborate with your team, especially when working remotely or across different locations.
Lastly, the Loom video recording tool is a handy free tool that allows team members to pre-record training sessions, reporting presentations, and other important screen shares for the team and client to view on their own schedule.
Scheduling meetings where everyone can attend can be tricky to do, but with Loom, we can quickly send off a video recording to get the same message across — without the need for us all to coordinate schedules. All in all, video recording tools like Loom make us more productive in the long run.
